Roles and Responsibilities Understand client requirements Define job description and document specifications Source candidates using databases, social media etc. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising, reaching new agents/associates) Create a candidate persona for each open position Evaluate resumes and applications Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening Match the most suitable candidates to different positions Create relationships with job seekers/agents and provide advice Follow-up references and check credits Present shortlisted candidates Present detailed candidate profile summaries Build long-term client relationships Research and develop recruiting leads Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy Facilitate and finalize agreements between agents and company Perform other duties as assigned.
