We are leading Recruitment Service Agency engaged in Job Recruitment, Executive Search, Manpower Staffing, Managed HR, Consultancy Services headquartered in Noida, Delhi-NCR with PAN-India operations.The RoleJob Requirements:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Craft and post attractive and engaging job ads on various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Source and attract qualified candidates from various sources, such as databases, networks, and events.
• Screen and evaluate candidates\' resumes and applications, using relevant criteria and tools.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, using behavioral and competency-based questions.
• Provide shortlists of suitable candidates to hiring managers, and coordinate feedback and hiring decisions.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates, and prepare and extend job offers.
• Maintain and update records of candidates and hiring activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.

• You have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience, ideally within an HR Information Systems or IT and NON IT recruitment.
• A bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge and skills in various recruitment methods and techniques, such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
• Hardcore recruiter experience, who has worked on deadlines and achieved them.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
