Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies. 5.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. -
Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status and feedback.
6. Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and company policies, especially regarding
security and confidentiality in the defense industry.
7. Offer Management:
- Assist in the negotiation and extension of job offers.- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including necessary security clearances and
background checks.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in recruitment.
Requirements:
1. Education: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Experience: - Proven 4 yrs experience as a recruiter, preferably in the defence or a similar
industry.
3. Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess and match candidate qualifications with job requirements. -
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. -
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
4. Attributes: - High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
