About Zeno Health: Zeno Health (formerly Generico) is dedicated to changing the way India buys medicines. We are building India\'s largest chain of generic medicine retail stores with the aim of providing affordable healthcare to millions. We believe that generic medicines are the key to changing the way the medical landscape in India works by providing more choice to consumers at costs that are up to 80% lower than those of branded medicines. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, Zeno Health is already funded by a leading VC firm and has grown to 90 stores with a target to reach 160 stores - Mumbai, Pune, Surat - by March 2022. Primary Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for experienced professional hiring- from Entry level to Senior Level. Part of in-house recruitment for various teams. Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating, and salary negotiation). Source and match profiles through various Job Portals, Internal employee referrals, professional networking websites (www.linkedIn.com ) / Google search, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Coordinate with business (Internal teams) to understand the requirement. Screen prospective candidates from the Technical / HR perspective. Schedule interviews, organizing pre-interview prep-up and post-interview follow-up. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of Corporate/ In-house recruitment experience with direct sourcing skills and a proven track record of success. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A passionate individual who is focused and understands technology. To be able to work mostly independently with little supervision in a fast-paced startup environment. A motivated, quick learner, able to learn complex technologies, tools, and knowledge. With a proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals and forming positive relationships with delivery managers/technical panels. CTC : Upto 4.5 LPA Location: Bhandup, Mumbai
