Job description:
He/ She will be responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manager the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
• Offer Management: Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Manage the offer acceptance process and coordinate pre-employment activities.
• Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in recruitment.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of positions, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS)
