The B2B e-commerce platform services more than 120 enterprise customers in fashion & lifestyle, pharmaceuticals, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, home & personal care, and e-commerce.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with senior

stakeholders, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and on

boarding.
• Possess strong ability to screen, interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and

prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners, operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
• Create and publish Talent Acquisition dashboards
• Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
• Represent the organization in events to network and build relationships with potential candidate

communities

What will make you a great candidate

• 6-10 years of progressive full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience in building technology teams at fast paced, high growth and global tech companies
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to provide effectiveness of the talent acquisition function
• Ability to deliver results and take accountability
• Proven ability to scale technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems to meet business needs
