Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Platinum Industries Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we have a steady pipeline of skilled professionals to support our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and execute on those strategies to bring in qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each department within manufacturing (e.g., production, engineering, logistics).
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with recruiting for technical roles within manufacturing (e.g., CNC machinists, industrial engineers).
