Our brand is rapidly growing and it\xe2\x80\x99s time to add to our Talent Acquisition team! We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in logistics billing process hiring. This is a remote opportunity, and we are looking for immediate joiners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for positions related to US logistics processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
• Manage the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize innovative and effective sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and conduct bulk hiring activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on US logistics process hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for logistics roles.
• Experience in bulk hiring for logistics positions is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Education: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management, MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations.
