Leading all sourcing strategies, planning.Managing our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors.
End-to-end recruitment cycle in IT technical stacks.Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs and requirement clarity.Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
Build a strong team and guide them technically.Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb945,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
