Working days: Monday- Saturday
Shift Timing: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 04:00 PM - 01:00 AM (Monday - Saturday).
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with great expertise & experience in front-line hiring & Managing teams. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company who can work closely with each department within the organization to understand the open positions and close them in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy.
• Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm.
• Create strong fundamentals and metrics to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, offer management, and finally boarding process.
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Manage intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; and advising managers on training and coaching.
• Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• You will be responsible to lead and manage the TA team efficiently.
• Responsible to generate various TA and associated reports as per the requirement.
• Other Duties as assinged.
Qualifications/Skills
• Proven experience as talent acquisition Lead
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Have a good networking in social media
• 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Exceptional recruiting and interviewing skills
• Have good knowledge in Excel to generate various reports.
• Supports workplace diversity.
• Familiarity with relevant employment Law
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
