The Talent Acquisition Specialist cum HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role requires a proactive and versatile individual with a strong background in both talent acquisition and HR generalist activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters for selected candidates.
• Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and issues.
• Facilitate resolution of employee grievances and conflicts.
• Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of open communication.
Performance Management:
• Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems.
• Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employee development.
HR Administration:
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and update HR documents, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews and offboarding documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Mandatory languages: English, Kannada, Hindi. Knowing other South Indian language is added benefit.
Other Details:
• Work from office (Mon - Sat) at HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Comfortable to travel whenever requried
