We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any field and exceptional English communication skills. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct interviews to assess applicant qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain candidate databases and manage recruitment processes in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Must be able to work night shifts.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but not required.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
