About the Job
The mission of the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is to serve as a brand ambassador and hire Bar Raiser Talent into the organization, to support the overarching goals and objectives of each division within our organization. Working in close collaboration with Vendasta Hiring Managers and adhering to Vendasta's distinctive hiring philosophy, the TAS plays a pivotal role in swiftly filling new and replacement positions in accordance with functional Hiring Strategies and Plans. This role works closely with the Talent Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to execute projects aimed at elevating Vendasta's employment brand and securing top-tier A-player talent. Through diligent identification and recruitment of world-class candidates, the TAS significantly contributes to Vendasta's sustained growth and success, impacting diverse divisions and strategic initiatives within our People and Culture function.
Your Impact
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll work with the Global People Operations Team to:
• Be an ambassador of Vendasta and provide a world-class candidate experience.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process with Leaders across a multitude of functions and teams.
• Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and attract and hire top talent.
What You Bring to the Table
The ideal candidate will possess a strong SaaS industry understanding, excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills, and proficiency in conducting full cycle recruitment. They should excel in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, using behavioural and technical interview techniques. Preferred qualifications include talent acquisition analytics expertise, G-suite proficiency, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT. Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience, focusing on hiring developers and other IT niche skill sets.
• In-depth understanding of developer roles, technologies, and programming languages.
• Strong technical interviewing skills to evaluate candidates' coding abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, technical teams, and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR software.
