Desired Profile : The ideal candidate should have 10 to 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. They should be proficient in screening, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals for technology-focused roles. Strong experience in Executive or C-level hiring, encompassing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Proficiency in various social media channels, job boards, search firms, and similar platforms. Excellent stakeholder management skills, along with exceptional communication and articulation abilities. They should be adept at independently handling critical hiring requirements. Effective networking skills to build connections with the right talent pool, allowing for the acquisition of comprehensive market intelligence. They should also provide market data on competitors and peer organizations. Collaboration with the Talent Operations team and business leaders to successfully conclude the recruitment process within the given timeframe. Developing competencies and capabilities in the areas of market mapping, market intelligence, headhunting, and networking. Candidates with prior experience in Product, Technology, or SaaS companies are preferred. Immediate joiners with a competitive edge are highly desirable.
