HR Talent Acquisition Specialist Company: Flipkart

Position: HR Talent Acquisition Specialist (Off-Roll)

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Salary: ?24,000 - ?26,000 in hand Location: Delhi, Gurugram, and Dehradun Job Responsibilities: •Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. •Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. •Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. •Perform reference checks as needed. •Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms. •Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. •Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

•Requirements:• •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or similar HR role. •Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) •Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) •Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Strong decision-making skills.
