What this job involves xe2x80x93
xefx82xb7 Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
xefx82xb7 Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
xefx82xb7 Lead employment branding initiatives
xefx82xb7 Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
xefx82xb7 Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
xefx82xb7 Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
xefx82xb7 Assist in employee retention and development
xefx82xb7 Supervise recruiting personnel
xefx82xb7 Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
xefx82xb7 Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

xefx82xb7 Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
