The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Recruiting:

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in the interview process, including scheduling and facilitating interviews, as needed.
Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
Employer Branding:
  • Promote the companys culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and events.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a product company or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with social media and professional networks for recruitment.
