Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end to end recruitment process, devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
  • Managing the employee reference and Internal Job posting process
  • Preparing and maintaining the job description repository
  • Analyze the requirements and perform souring and preliminary screening of profiles/resumes to match the requirements as per the JDs,
  • Conduct screening interviews over the phone and shortlist prospective candidates for the open positions.
  • Coordinate with the stakeholders and potential candidates to schedule them for the Interviews.
  • Should conduct market research on the availability of talent pool in specific markets /Regions.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Education- Graduate with MBA in HR
  • Experience: 4+ Years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in sourcing & interviewing potential candidates for IT/Non-IT positions
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office- Word, Excel and internet.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • High on Confidence, Influencing and Relationship-building
  • Should be a self-starter & team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • People person & ability to build rapport with employees. Good Listening, Analytical skills.
