Managing end to end recruitment process, devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
Managing the employee reference and Internal Job posting process
Preparing and maintaining the job description repository
Analyze the requirements and perform souring and preliminary screening of profiles/resumes to match the requirements as per the JDs,
Conduct screening interviews over the phone and shortlist prospective candidates for the open positions.
Coordinate with the stakeholders and potential candidates to schedule them for the Interviews.
Should conduct market research on the availability of talent pool in specific markets /Regions.
Required Experience & Skills:
Education- Graduate with MBA in HR
Experience: 4+ Years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Experience in sourcing & interviewing potential candidates for IT/Non-IT positions
Sound knowledge of MS-Office- Word, Excel and internet.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
High on Confidence, Influencing and Relationship-building
Should be a self-starter & team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
People person & ability to build rapport with employees. Good Listening, Analytical skills.
