###### Role and Responsibilities:


• Create and implement search and sourcing strategies according to therecruitment department process.
• Acts as a brand ambassador to engage passive candidates and develop andretain their interest in the company
• Keeps systems accurately updated as required.


###### Qualifications and Education Requirements:


• Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent work experience in related area.
• This is work from office requirement.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.


###### Preferred Skills:


• 2+ years of recruitment experience, including full cycle recruitment.
• Knowledge of regulatory employment laws.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhereto strict data privacy policies.
• Strong knowledge of Sourcing and Boolean searches is highly desirable.
• Experience with recruiting technology and tools.
• 90% English proficient: Oral and written.
• Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook).
