• Bring 6+ years of proven experience in tech recruitment.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and make judicious decisions on fit for a particular role or team, in addition to thinking through fit for our unique culture
• Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent
• Define and deliver a search strategy with creative multi-channel sourcing
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams on a global scale
• A problem solver, tackling both people and technical challenges.
• Knowledge of current Talent Acquisition trends and best practices.
• You thrive in a high-performance culture that celebrates productivity and embraces a flat structure with autonomy.
