Job descriptionHiring for Talent Aquisition specialist with 4 to 8 years of experience in handling complete recruitment cycle. Position is based in Central Bengaluru.Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and employee journey, from job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer extension, onboarding logistics, and off-boarding.
  • Work with business on workforce planning and develop plans to deploy employees to maximize productivity in line with business objectives.
  • Partner with business on talent acquisition strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies, local legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc and company-wide projects as required.
Preferred candidate profile:
  • Graduate with 4-8 years of TA experience in recruitment for non-IT positions.
  • Experience in Real -Estate sector with IPC's and Facility Management service companies will be a plus.
  • Unquestioned integrity, highly motivated, positive to a challenging environment.
  • PC skills - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated
  • Very strong interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of levels of personnel.
  • Ability to collaborate & work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment;
