  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes and perform interviews to evaluate candidates skills and experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare reports on recruitment metrics.
