Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist (Day Shift) Job Title: Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist Department: Human Resource Location: Iscon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad Work Hours: Time in the general shift/ day shift Salary: As per market standards and candidate\'s skillset Responsibilities: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring requirements and job specifications. Use various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and team members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system. Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using technology tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Benefits: Monthly attendance bonus provided by the company.
