Are you a sourcing pro who thrives on identifying top talent? We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Sourcing Specialist who can partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to craft sourcing strategies for top talent across India and globally. Employ creative methods to identify passive candidates and engage them through an interactive approach. Reporting into Lead - Talent Sourcing, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for:
  • Partner with recruiters to gain a comprehensive understanding of open roles. required skills and their alignment with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute research
  • Driving hiring for niche functions including product, technology to support fast-paced business growth
  • Conduct thorough market research and skill analysis to present clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects involving research work on talent mapping across different technologies
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to build a high \xe2\x80\x93 performing talent pipeline that fuels the company\xe2\x80\x99s long \xe2\x80\x93 term growth and empowers the delivery of exceptional customer services.
  • Leverage a comprehensive range of sourcing channels, including niche sites, professional networks and search engines, to identify both active and passive candidates for open positions. Build a strong candidate pool with the ATS through resume mining and targeted research.
  • Proactively build a robust talent pipeline for critical business functions by connecting with top talent. This will streamline hiring, reduce time-to-fill and allow you to contribute effectively to team initiatives and projects.


Qualifications


You will be a great fit if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience with sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in sourcing/hiring in India and globally.
  • Strong understanding of social media hiring (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB etc.) and other sourcing channels GitHub, Stackoverflow/Seekout.
  • A consultative approach and strong understanding of technology
  • Familiarity with ATS is preferred.
  • Robust interpersonal skills with a strong track record of success
  • Must have worked in a high-pressure environment that is driven by business-priorities and stakeholder enabling scenarios
  • Computer Science or a related bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
