  • Sourcing Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target talent pools, channels, and platforms for effective sourcing.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on market trends and organizational needs.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Prioritize and distribute requisitions among the sourcing team.
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of open positions.
  • Monitor requisition progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Champion DEI initiatives within the sourcing process.
  • Collaborate with the DEI team to attract diverse talent.
  • Implement inclusive sourcing practices to enhance representation.
  • Personally engage in sourcing for senior-level and specialized positions.
  • Conduct targeted searches, engage passive candidates, and build strong pipelines.
