We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist-Sales Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers, utilize various recruitment channels, and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
-Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
-Conduct thorough candidate assessments through resume screening, initial interviews, and reference checks.
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
Talent Pipelining:
-Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions to ensure a proactive approach to recruitment.
-Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
-Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
-Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate profiles.
-Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and recruitment timelines.
Candidate Experience:
-Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and constructive feedback.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
-Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications:
-MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
-Proven 2 to 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales)
-Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
