• Source candidates through diverse channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
  
• Conduct initial screenings for candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  
• Provide guidance on market trends and recruitment best practices.
  
• Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications.
  
• Manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records in the ATS, coordinate interviews.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the [IT/Non-IT/Consulting] industry.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with a go-getter attitude.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  
• Basic understanding of Human Resources Function.
