You'll be in charge of the full recruitment process: sourcing, qualification, follow-up of interviews, and negotiating the offers.

The company has a new open opportunity for a passionate Talent & Recruitment Professional.
The goal is to create a strong recruitment process in order to attract the best management talent for R&D, Services and Sales divisions.
She/he will be working for Indian branch located at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. It will be Work from Office only.
### Must have
• MBA/PGDM with HR specialization and relevant equivalent experience of 1+ years
• Personal passion and interest in recruiting talent in the technology industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment within a challenging environment
• Excellent relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility, and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions
• Fluent English, other languages is a plus
### Nice to have
• Experience in organizing/managing the complete recruitment cycle
• Experience in a growing, fast paced environment
• Highly driven, motivated, disciplined and well versed in the elements of corporate recruiting for today's talent needs, as well as future needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Create strategic recruitment program and support initiatives to enhance our ability to attract & retain top professional talent.
• Deliver metrics necessary to achieve "best in class" talent acquisition.
• Work closely with our Business Units management to understand their business. The aim is to build a uniform recruitment process that will be used in all our business units.
• Research key competitors, build talent pipeline for future openings.
• Utilise recruitment best practices and latest techniques to build a strong online presence to attract top talent.
• Manage position postings, prioritise and close searches against timelines.
