1 to 3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruiting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT and Non-IT roles
Solid understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify staffing needs and job requirements for IT and Non-IT roles
Source, screen, and select candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.)
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment strategies
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment policies and procedures
