Role and Responsibilities


This position is part of the People Operations team and will play a broad role in defining requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and forming a population for recruiting personnel to achieve our business plan. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to our company's recruitment efforts by building mid- to long-term relationships with internal and external parties through recruiting activities.

• Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India
• Improve recruiting processes / plan and implement new recruiting methods
• Communicate with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders regarding recruitment
• Execution and management of content for recruitment-related media
• Internal communication such as promotion of referral program
• Planning and execution of other recruitment programs (campus hiring, events, seminars, etc.)

Requirements

• 3+ years of Experience executing engineering and product recruiting
• Experience with cross-functional projects across multiple departments
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to be proactive, flexible, and work through uncertain environments
• Ability to negotiate with internal and external parties
