This role collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with exceptional hiring solutions, with a strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding.The ideal candidate is skilled in full-cycle recruitment, strategic talent mapping, and building strong stakeholder partnerships.Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, with tailored strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on needs, offer market insights, and ensure effective talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates, utilizing sourcing channels, networks, and referrals.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience with clear communication and continuous process improvements.
  • Enhance employer branding through social media, events, and diversity initiatives, supporting DEI efforts and market positioning.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects in talent acquisition, including employer branding, tool optimization, and onboarding.
What will contribute to your success:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Proven minimum 3 years of work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements to prospective candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).Passion for international environments that change fast and are rich in ambition.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian technical market and strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
