Job description:
• Initiate candidate contact, interviews, and follow-ups. (Full cycle recruiting)
• Source talent using various recruiting tools
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipeline with technical skill focus
• Leverage research skills to capture, organize, and share candidate and sourcing information
• Actively contribute to the definition of future recruiting processes and sourcing strategy
• Oversee pre-employment steps including reference checks and background tests when applicable
• Draft employment documents
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Key Competencies
• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years general HR experience
• Applicants must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
