The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Partner role is to attract and secure best-in-class talent from the external marketplace across India and different regions, ensuring a high-standard experience for hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities
Attract and secure best-in-class talent from the external marketplace.
Cultivate diverse talent pools to ensure an inclusive hiring process.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial job briefings and sourcing to interview scheduling and managing job offers.
Manage recruitment across India and different regions. Understand local labor laws, cultural differences, and language barriers while ensuring a consistent recruitment process.
Ensure ATS and recruiting information are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Craft compelling job advertisements that are strategically optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA) principles.
Enhance the quality of hires and improve the experiences of both hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct in-person training sessions for regional stakeholders on relevant hiring topics.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to organize and execute campus recruitment events.
Lead optimisation projects within Talent Acquisition, and contribute to projects within the wider HR community.
Co-ordinate and manage recruitment fairs and industry out reach programs.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either internally within an organization or externally with an agency or RPO, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to source and assess candidates across corporate, technical, and commercial functions.
Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, including candidates, team members, and Hiring Managers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English with the ability to manage communications effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrate a commitment to sourcing top talent from diverse regions and cultures, meeting hiring targets, and delivering quality hires while adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines.
Ability to analyze candidate behaviors and interactions in interviews or assessments to assess their suitability for roles and alignment with organizational culture.
Project Management experience and a track record of leading training sessions for hiring managers covering recruitment topics.
Innovative problem-solving skills grounded in data-driven decision-making.
Prior exposure to applicant tracking systems, with a preference for familiarity with SuccessFactors.
Experience in overseeing international recruitment would be an added advantage.
