This role is a hybrid role and ideally based at our office in Bangalore, but other locations would be considered.
You will have the responsibility of leading the development and implementation of key TA technologies, processes (including building our sourcing capabilities), projects and tools. You will ensure effective & consistent usage throughout the region. The primary objectives include data integrity and consistent/effective process management & execution.
As TA Ops Manager your responsibilities will include:
Developing robust and effective partnerships within TA and other key stakeholders (HR, CoEs, functions & businesses), promoting open communication and collaboration
Translating commercial strategy into Talent Acquisition operational activity proactively acting as a catalyst to continuous improvement.
Driving consistency in line with OTIS TA strategy & standards across TA systems, tools and processes
Enabling & ensuring consistent and effective usage of key systems (including ATS & CRM) through data analysis, communication & training
Leading cross functional project teams through the matrix structure. Includes embedding our Colleague Value Proposition across our processes, tools, and communications.
Conceptualizing and delivering recruiting metrics and dashboards for both the organization and business leaders to support accountability and transparency in all activity & ongoing improvement
Driving work to optimize use of data for better and faster data-driven decision making
Creating and executing comprehensive project plans for new systems and process implementations (focus on CRM implementation and integration of sourcers\xe2\x80\x99 activity)
Developing assessment processes and technologies
Monitoring internal and external trends, best practices, compliance & regulations
Defining and measuring quality standards and controls to enhance customer experience, ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met, and gain process efficiencies
