Manpower Availability & Source Mix

  • Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs Actual.
  • Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid


Quality Of Hire
  • To adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget.



Offer TAT (Hygiene)
  • To adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding.



HR Compliance (Process Adherence)

  • Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all important personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units.

  • Adherence to TAT and FTR for all key recruitment processes



Minimum Experience Level
3 - 8 years

MBA
