Job Title
Talent Acquisition ManagerThe talent acquisition manager would be an evangelist of the core ethical values of the
company and the unique solutions for long-term investing from a bouquet of Quantum
Mutual Funds and be responsible for:Responsibilities will include:xefx82xb7 Develop long term recruitment strategies in line with hiring plan.xefx82xb7 Collaborate with stake holders to identify talent needs. Determining the selectioncriteria.xefx82xb7 Source the right candidates using a variety of search methods, with highest level ofspeed and efficiencies.xefx82xb7 Shortlisting candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performingscreening in line with and company values.xefx82xb7 Maintain and submit hiring dashboards on weekly basis.xefx82xb7 Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.xefx82xb7 Manage onboarding and new hire process.xefx82xb7 Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.xefx82xb7 Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements in line withxefx82xb7 Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.xefx82xb7 Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.xefx82xb7 Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employmentlaws and regulationsxefx82xb7 Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.xefx82xb7 Lead employer branding initiatives.xefx82xb7 Manage manpower agencies/vendors.Candidate profile -.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: 8-10 years recruiting experience in handling end-to-end recruitment Pan-
India. Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative,
ownership and integrity. Should possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.Skills
xefx82xb7 Excellent working knowledge of using LinkedIn and job sites.
xefx82xb7 Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
xefx82xb7 Willingness to learn.
xefx82xb7 Result oriented.
xefx82xb7 Excellent organizational and time management skills
xefx82xb7 Comfortable making decisions independently
xefx82xb7 Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
xefx82xb7 Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
xefx82xb7 Proactive approach: Ability and readiness to have a hands-on approach and execution,
when necessary, of any responsibilities when required. Willing to put in the extra mile to
source the right candidate in time.
