:JOB SCOPEThis role will work towards establishing best-in-class Talent Acquisition practices in line with Business Strategy. The role will strive to build credible relationships with leaders, to deliver exceptional candidates, and will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring diverse, and best talent and will be responsible for the Full Recruitment Life cycle.JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a minimum of 7 years and above in Microfinance Industry
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
• Good team-management abilities
• Should have hard-core retail recruiting experience in the same sector
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• MBA in Human Resources Management or equivalent
