As a Manager - Talent Acquisition you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization by ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will lead the talent acquisition function, working closely with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and executing effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the firm\'s business goals, including workforce planning, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring team members meet their goals and KPIs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing of top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Selection and Assessment: Lead the development of selection criteria, interview processes, and assessment tools to identify the best-fit candidates for various roles within the firm.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the firm\'s employer brand by creating compelling job postings, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and representing the company at industry events and job fairs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Implement and maintain recruitment metrics and reporting to track progress, measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, and make data-driven improvements.
- Compliance: Stay current with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the firm\'s recruitment processes are compliant and ethical.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in the talent acquisition function and implement best practices.
Who Can apply:
- Master\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with 3 years in a people management role.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for Leadership hiring team
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
