Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and coach a high-functioning team of Talent Advisors that will deliver an exceptional hiring experience to our candidates and hiring managers.
  • Design and implement a rigorous, engaging, and data-driven talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive of technical and non-technical hiring and enables us to scale with confidence.
  • Monitor and measure TA Strategy to ensure it is meeting the organizational imperatives and then prepare and present regular updates at the senior levels of the organization to demonstrate the progress and impacts of the strategy.
  • Oversee adherence to recruiting effectiveness metrics, global TA process governance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for areas of responsibility (number of hires, quality of hire, hiring manager satisfaction, offer acceptance, agency usage and cost, talent pipeline, source of hire, referral rates, etc.).
  • Collaborate and partner with People and Culture (P&C) regional partners, regional business leaders, and other key stakeholders to analyze and evaluate business goals, identify talent needs and/or gaps associated with those goals, and develop and implement programs to find the right talent.
  • Collaborate and partner with the Early Career Talent Manager to develop and implement a scalable internship model and university recruitment strategy.






  • As requested, lead/and or participate in global Talent Acquisition related projects and initiatives.


Requirements

  • 10 years of Talent Acquisition (agency/corporate) experience ideally with a focus on IT/Services recruitment, combined with 5 years of experience leading, building, and coaching recruiting team.

  • Expertise developing attraction strategies and recruiting talent in the APAC region, specifically India.

  • Experience developing or supporting global expansion talent strategy (new country entry).

  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams of TA professionals (contingent and full time).

  • Expertise leveraging market and competitor analysis to define and execute effective, multi- prong talent strategies, assessments and closing approaches in support of regional and global hiring.

  • Strong capability of influencing and managing through ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • Experience utilizing complex data sets and analytical skills to create, measure and scale workflows to achieve accelerated hiring goals.

  • Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement and measurements.

  • Experience participating in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new recruiting technologies such as ATS and CRM systems.

  • Experience preparing and delivering executive level briefings to inform business leaders on the progress of key recruitment initiatives and hiring metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, presentations, etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with recruiting technology such as Workday, Avature and iCIMS.

  • Travel Up to 25%.

Located in Chennai or Hyderabad but open to other locations in the APAC region.
