Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing & Screening : Utilize various platforms, networks, and job boards to find qualified candidates for construction positions.
• Candidate Evaluation : Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Job Posting & Advertising : Write and post detailed job descriptions for open roles on various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
• Client Communication : Liaise with hiring managers and project leads to understand staffing needs and requirements for each role.
• Pre-screening & Compliance : Verify candidate qualifications, including work experience, certifications, and compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Offer Negotiation & Closing : Extend job offers and negotiate salaries or hourly rates as necessary.
• Onboarding : Manage the onboarding process, including completing necessary documentation, safety training, and orientations.
• Database Management : Maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles and ensure that records are up to date.
• Market Analysis : Stay current on industry trends and job market conditions to advise the company on talent strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or trades industry.
• Knowledge of construction job roles and the required qualifications.
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
