Jio is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Talent Acquisition Lead. The position will be based in Ranchi, Jharkhand.Requirements * Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

  • Education Required: Masters degree in human resources.
1. Provide ongoing support on HR related matters, policies, and procedures2. Identify talent gaps on ongoing basis and define recruitment strategy3. Identify and analyze business trends and provide recommendations4. Perform analysis of attrition data, performance data and score cards5. Enable the geography team by cascading relevant insights, trends, and key learnings6. Connect with employees to understand their challenges and define, development plan7. Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources in, line with hiring guidelines8. Partner with business on workforce planning and identification of required capabilities and skillsSkills and Competencies:1. Knowledge of HR policies and processes2. Recruitment skills3.
