About the internshipAs a Talent Acquisition intern at Ramyoz, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting top talent for our fast-growing company. You will work closely with the HR team to source, screen, and interview candidates, as well as assist in developing innovative recruitment strategies. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about connecting with people and helping them find their dream job.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with job posting and advertising on various platforms
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Help maintain the applicant tracking system and update candidate profiles
5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
6. Research and recommend new sourcing methods to attract diverse candidates
7.
