About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage end-to-end recruitment life-cycle from sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiations, and offer generation to smooth onboarding of the best talent for the organization within set timelines
2. Screen and source the candidates through job portals
3. Regularly communicate and coordinate with the candidates throughout the process
4. Create and provide recruitment reports/dashboards to team managers and leaders
5. Provide an offer letter and do reference and background checks of the candidates
6. Maintain good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants by documenting the process
