About GetWork

GetWork is a campus recruiting platform where companies post their jobs and hire across dozens of colleges at once. We help students to find the information they need and get to know more about the top companies before they apply. We're aiming to transform the early-career recruitment process for employers, colleges, and students. We tie up with colleges, digitize their placements and engagement system, standardize the on-campus hiring process, and make them accessible to employers.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening the candidates' profiles according to the current openings
2. Sourcing, screening relevant profiles via various channels and posting jobs on several portals if required
3. Suggesting potential candidates to our clients from our diverse talent pool
4. Assisting the candidates throughout their interviewing process with our clients
