About the internshipYour Broad Responsibilities will include:

2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including
social media, job boards, and industry events.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates\' qualifications, cultural fit, and

3. Interview Coordination:Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive and professional
candidate experience.Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to facilitate
informed decision-making.
4. Marketing Industry Expertise:Leverage your knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry to
identify and evaluate candidates with relevant skills and experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and talent landscape to inform
recruitment strategies.
5. Candidate Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them
informed throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects the values and culture of
our agency.
6. Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking
System (ATS).
Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify
