Hiring HR interns at DATAMARK BPOInternship Duration: 6 months extendableRequirementsKey Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open roles.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Help with resume reviews and initial phone screenings of candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely communication to candidates.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases.
  • Support the creation and execution of employer branding initiatives.
  • Participate in organizing and attending job fairs, recruiting events, and other talent acquisition activities.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential recruitment strategies.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for the Talent Acquisition team.
