Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. The role involves assisting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process to attract and select top talent for the organization. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment strategies and tools while contributing to achieving hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities :
• Candidate Sourcing :
• Use job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and other tools to identify potential candidates.
• Create and post job advertisements across platforms to attract candidates.
• Screening :
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess suitability for the role.
• Coordination :
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
• Database Management :
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Update internal recruitment trackers with key metrics like the number of applications, screenings, and interviews.
• Employer Branding :
• Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through social media posts and career fairs.
• Market Research :
• Research trends in recruitment and employment to recommend sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Onboarding Support :
• Support in onboarding new hires, including documentation and orientation coordination.
• Miscellaneous Tasks :
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment processes.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills :
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
