Internship Description:

Title:- Talent Acquisition Intern
Internship Type:- Full-time (paid)
Stipend:- 15-20 K per month
Location: - Bangalore (Onsite)
Duration:- 3 Months

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and learn about talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

? Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

? Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

? Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.

? Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

? Assist in creating job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.

? Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications:

? Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

? Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR practices.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms is a plus.

? A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
