SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to assist in the recruitment process and help find top talent. This internship will offer valuable insights into the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
• Assist with sourcing potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications, identifying candidates that meet role requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the recruitment team with scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.
• Help in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
• Assist with employer branding activities, such as creating content for social media posts related to hiring.
• Provide support in managing the onboarding process for new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Passionate about problem solving.
