Job Title:Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Visakhapatnam. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing candidates, and contributing to the overall talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates

- Maintain and update candidate databases

- Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment tasks

- Post job ads on different platforms and manage job openings

- Assist in managing the company's careers page and recruitment-related social media efforts

- Participate in various HR and recruiting events when needed

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Interest in recruitment and human resources

- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

- Must have a personal laptop.for daily work tasks

Pay: ?3,000.00 - ?5,000.00 per month
